Installing a cat flap can be a convenient way to give your pet independent access while maintaining the security and appearance of your home. If you have a glass door panel, a cat flap cannot be fitted into the existing glass unit. Instead, a brand new sealed glass unit must be manufactured at the factory with the hole precisely cut using specialist machinery before installation.

Cat flaps can also be fitted into PVC-U door panels, where our experienced installer will carefully cut and install the flap to ensure a neat, secure and professional finish.

In addition, cat flaps can be installed into metal-skinned composite doors. This requires the right tools and expertise, but our installer regularly carries out these types of installations and ensures the flap is fitted safely and correctly without compromising the strength or appearance of the door.
